I know exactly how that feels because I’ve been there. After years of striving and achieving, I reached a point where traditional success felt empty.

I thought working harder would bring fulfilment. Instead, I found myself working long hours, sacrificing time with the people I cared about most. When I did spend time with them, I was too exhausted to be fully present - I felt like a shell of myself.

 

Exhaustion, self-doubt, and disconnection crept in, leaving me questioning everything. Was this really the life I wanted for myself?

Then life threw me a wake up call. My Mum became terminally ill, and my own health began to deteriorate. Nearing burnout, I knew I couldn’t keep going like this. Something had to change.

​

That moment became the start of a transformative journey - a commitment to rediscovering who I truly am and what I really want. I was able to spend precious time with my Mum before she passed away, something I’ll forever be grateful for.

​

Today, I live with a deep sense of purpose, energy, and alignment, and I’m passionate about guiding others to do the same.

My journey isn’t just personal; it’s professional. With over 20 years of experience building leadership teams and businesses globally - from start-ups to market leaders. I bring a unique blend of business insight and personal development expertise to my coaching.
